Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in aerospace, defense, or military procurement sales, or related technical sector
  • Deep understanding of customer needs within defense system companies, aerospace engineering organizations, or military procurement programs
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to foster customer loyalty
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills
  • Prior experience transitioning from a technical or operational role into sales
  • Familiarity with complex technical solution selling
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify competitive opportunities
Sales Manager Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
