Job Responsibilities
- Expand our client portfolio through agency and brand relationships.
- Develop prospect hit lists, and leverage existing sales relationships to maximize overall long‑term value of client relationships.
- Own and drive revenue strategy, with a focus on high‑impact accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline and consistently close new business.
- Maintain deep relationships with clients and agencies through outstanding service and campaign results.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Preferred background in ad‑tech sales, working with brands, agencies, trading desks, and ad networks.
- Strong network of agency and client‑direct relationships across the region.
- Proven track record of developing and closing new business.
- Expertise in digital media, including programmatic, location‑based data, and analytics.
- Results‑driven mindset with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit aligned with our inclusive culture and sustainability initiatives.
- At least 18 years of age.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $199,700 - $360,200, inclusive of target incentives.
Base Pay Range: $99,850 - $180,100.
