Earn up to $120,000+ per year in a fast-paced, high-traffic dealership environment.
Candidates with prior dealership sales, retail sales, or other customer-facing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
- Build relationships with customers and assist them with vehicle selection
- Handle internet leads, phone leads, showroom traffic, and customer follow-up
- Become knowledgeable on vehicle features, trim levels, technology, and financing options
- Perform professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Complete manufacturer training and maintain product knowledge certifications
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer communication and sales opportunities
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and ensure a smooth handoff process
- Introduce customers to the service department and assist with scheduling their first service appointment
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and manufacturer CSI scores
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and be coached
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license required
