Tevora Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Director (sales) to lead new and existing account development. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, communicating the company’s story, and driving top‑line revenue by selling the company’s products and services. The Account Director must be well‑networked, experienced in the security industry, and able to manage complex sales opportunities from budget cycles through closure.
Dayin the Life
- Meet and exceed an assigned GP quota of $1.1M+
- Manage and grow account relationships, build future sales pipeline, and close deals on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Partner with consulting teams to close complex security opportunities at the C‑Level
- Work with vendor representatives to identify and close security software and hardware opportunities
- Close software and service contracts in the $50k–$2M range
Skills and Qualifications
- Passionate about the security industry
- Knowledgeable across a wide range of technical disciplines, including regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and penetration testing
- Familiar with security vendors such as security operations, governance, risk and compliance, advanced threat, behavioral analysis, and next‑gen endpoint solutions
- Effective communicator across business and technical boundaries
- Independent, self‑starter, and able to operate without detailed guidance
- 5+ years of work experience in security consulting or technology sales
- Consistent over‑quota achievement
- Understanding and working knowledge of IT and networking
- Direct selling expertise and hunting mentality
- Experience with channel sales models
- Formal sales training (e.g., Miller‑Heiman, Sandler, Solution Selling) and proven proficiency in selling skills
- Strong business acumen, leadership, accountability, and professionalism
- Excellent customer focus and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field from a competitive four‑year university
