Account Manager
JLB are working with a sports technology buisness based in Chicago that are looking for a Senior Account Executive to be part of their founding sales team.
They're currently a team of 15 and have plans to double in size this year so it's a great time to join a buisness with huge momentum and ambitions for the future.
Your day to day will be:
- Driving new business by bringing people onto the platform
- Managing the full sales lifecycle (prospecting → close)
- Building pipeline and outbound strategy
- Creating scalable sales processes and playbooks
- Working cross-functionally with Product and GTM teams
- Acting as the voice of the customer to shape future growth
JLB are looking to speak to Chicago based sales profesionals who have a strong strack record of closing buisness, preferably within the technology world. Experience in start-ups, marketplaces or creator economy is a huge plus.
OTE year 1 is circa $200k but the commission structure is highly lucrative.
