The role is about making an impact on people’s health and well‑being every day. As part of the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) team, you will call on hospitals, wound care centers and private offices to provide key brands Santyl, Regranex and other products for all types of wound injuries.
What You Will Be Doing- Generate a territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals utilizing excellent sales skills and territory management.
- Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith+Neu products.
- Deliver sales presentations to key customers and groups, and conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision‑makers and thought leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B, direct selling or medical sales experience, preferably within the acute care setting.
- Proven track record of effectively presenting key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings.
- Strong analytical skills including pipeline management, territory analysis and territory management; proven success with a complex sales process.
- Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account.
- Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling).

Sales/commission‑based roles: the anticipated base compensation range for this position is $65,000 – $97,000 USD annually. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on set targets.
