Position: Enterprise Account Manager (Expansion & Renewal)

About the Role

As an Account Manager focused on customer growth, you'll work with existing Askable customer brands to grow their spend and usage. You'll collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to understand research offerings and identify opportunities to expand services.

What you’ll do
  • Revenue and Customer Expansion: Drive revenue growth and increase active teams using the product.
  • Account Growth and Management: Boost spend and strengthen client relationships.
  • Lead Management: Identify and qualify leads, track progress.
  • Sales Initiatives and Travel: Perform upselling/cross-selling and conduct face-to-face client meetings across the U.S.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver demos and craft custom solutions for clients.
  • Active User Growth: Increase active users and teams within key brands.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance and optimize usage.
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the Head of Sales on accurate forecasts.
  • Utilize Sales Platforms: Manage accounts using Hub Spot, Linked In Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and others.
You’ll also
  • Attend industry events to build connections.
  • Work with the Events Manager to plan and run company events.
Skills and Experience

At least 5 years of sales and account expansion experience in SaaS with a proven track record.

  • Closing large, complex software deals across multi-layered businesses.
  • Building meaningful customer relationships and gaining trust.
  • Using creative levers and incentives to close opportunities.
  • Applying sales methodologies such as The Challenger Sale and The Sales Acceleration Formula.
