Entry Level Inside Sales

About the Role

At Circle Logistics, our Inside Sales Reps play a key role in driving new business growth and building long‑term customer relationships. This is a fast‑paced, sales‑focused opportunity designed for motivated individuals who thrive on communication, problem‑solving, and creating opportunities from the ground up.

• Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research, outbound prospecting, and relationship development
• Build and maintain customer relationships by managing day‑to‑day shipping needs and communication
• Match customer demand with transportation solutions and pricing for freight‑related inquiries
• Develop strategies that drive increased sales growth and long‑term partnerships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and problem resolution
• Organize and manage daily shipments to support Circle Logistics’ “No‑Fail Service” commitment
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategy, account implementation, and service execution
• Learn market trends and provide customers with innovative logistics solutions

• Sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or logistics experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn TMS and CRM platforms
• Above‑average proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment and multitask effectively
• Strong time management, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Willingness to occasionally be available after hours or weekends if needed
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

• High School or GED Equivalent / (AA)(AS) or (BA) a bonus
