Overview

Victory Toyota of Midtown is hiring Sales Consultants to support our large inventory and serve customers across Chicago, IL. We value employee success and offer training, bonuses, and career advancement.

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and match them with available new or pre‑owned vehicles.
• Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
• Develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority.
• Know inventory details, optional packages, and latest technologies.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and ideas.

• Prior sales experience, preferably automotive; sales experience in any industry is a plus.
• Multi‑lingual or bilingual preferred (English/Spanish/Russian/Polish). Spanish, Russian, Polish preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must pass pre‑employment testing (background, MVR, drug screening).
