Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience identifying client’s issues to defining customer and product strategy, enabling long‑term opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of the You Tube platform and the engaged video landscape (e.g., Social, DSP, TV, AVOD media dynamics).
  • Ability to interpret measurement data (e.g., Brand incrementality, Sales/Conversions Lift, MMM, MTA) and translate it into engaged and comparable results.
  • Proven ability to support teams and operate separately against shared objectives. Demonstrated success working with key internal stakeholders (e.g., GTM, Measurement, Specialists, Sales).
  • Excellent communication, project management, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record in developing brand and performance media strategies and video advertising solutions.

As the Vertical Video Lead, Food, Beverage, and Restaurants (F ), you will operate at the critical intersection of You Tube media strategy, product education, seller inspiration, and sales enablement. In this role, you will bridge our product and go‑to‑market (GTM) teams with our sales teams, positioning You Tube offerings and solutions as unique and essential to customer results. Your primary mission is to help our Food, Beverage, and Restaurants (F ) sales teams achieve share shifts from TV and social media.

You will collaborate with sales leaders to empower our teams in understanding, crafting, and activating impactful You Tube, Demand Gen, and Creator campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the activation and execution of CG&E video strategies in F , focused on driving customer outcomes and business, identifying key opportunities, and accelerating growth areas.
  • Work in close collaboration with our CG&E Product Leads and Video Associates to drive effective implementation of best practices and verified strategies.
  • Inspire and motivate F  sellers and customers by advocating the engaged value of the You Tube platform and its impact on full‑funnel business results.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration with APCS (Agency and Partners), Product, GTM (Go‑To‑Market), DM&A (Measurement) and gTech (Technical Services) to bring forward compelling proof points, category‑specific positioning and strategies.
  • Capture success stories from the field to scale to rest of sector.
