Position Summary:The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for hitting sales quotas, maximizing account profitability, and expanding brand presence across both Retail and Convenience Store (C‑Store) channels. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will travel throughout the territory to cultivate relationships with existing clients, land prospective accounts, and actively manage regional broker networks to turn market data into actionable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote product lines and secure orders by building deep relationships with retail and C‑Store buyers.
- Manage, motivate, and hold broker networks accountable to maximize territory volume.
- Analyze territory sales data to uncover hidden market opportunities and build strategic sales pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with corporate leadership to align regional initiatives with national brand strategy.
- Execute high‑volume travel schedules (50%–75%) to maintain a strong physical presence in the market.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree is required. - Experience:
2–5 years of established CPG sales experience specifically selling candy, snacks, chips, or confectionery products. - Channel Knowledge:
Proven success selling into retail networks and/or the convenience store channel. - Broker Management:
Directly responsible for managing external broker teams. - Traits:
Strong analytical abilities, highly detail‑oriented, with a passionate, floor‑focused leadership style on the sales front.
