We are seeking a motivated professional to lead new business development efforts within the HVAC sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and closing deals.
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and residential HVAC markets.
- Develop outreach strategies to engage prospective clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored HVAC solutions.
- Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active account.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably in HVAC, building services, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, services, and customer pain points.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for winning new business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
