One of our esteemed clients is seeking an Account Director to lead and expand their relationship with a top pharmaceutical client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the overall account strategy, overseeing seamless service delivery, and driving long-term success for both the client and internal teams.

Responsibilities Lead the overall relationship with the pharma client.

Understand their goals and align IT solutions to meet them.

Drive account strategy, planning, and growth.

Guide internal teams to deliver high-quality service.

Track performance, solve challenges, and boost client satisfaction.

Build strong, trusted relationships at all levels.

Identify new business opportunities within the account.

Qualifications
10 to 12+ years of experience in account management or client services.

At least 3 to 4+ years in a leadership role managing large accounts.

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in IT services, and a proven track record of working with pharmaceutical or life sciences clients is a Must.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
