Account Manager

Position Overview

Aikido is building developer‑first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest. Founded in 2022, we have $85 M in the bank, a long runway ahead, and unicorn status. We’re building toward self‑securing software, and we want an Account Manager who will help our clients get the most out of Aikido Security, managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure they stick around and find increasing value in our product.

• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Execute growth initiatives aimed at expanding customer usage and value realization.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional features and services to existing customers.
• Maintain and manage customer records in our CRM system.
• Work at the intersection of sales, customer success, and product to gather and relay customer feedback to optimize product.

• Medior/Senior profile.
• Experience with CRM, upselling strategies, client retention, and account growth.
• Very tech‑savvy.
• Hungry and ‘get stuff done’ mentality.
• Self‑starter and independent.
• Fluent in English.
