Role Summary and ImpactAs Sales Director, you will drive revenue growth for Xapads Media’s Connected TV business across the Midwest region. Based in Chicago, you will lead the sale of UNWIRE, our flagship CTV platform, while expanding adoption of Xapads’ broader advertising solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong agency and brand relationships, deep CTV expertise, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets through strategic business development.
This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring a strong hunter mentality, market expertise, and the ability to build lasting relationships with agencies, advertisers, and key decision-makers.

- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with company revenue objectives.
- Leverage existing relationships with agency holding companies, independent agencies, and direct brands to generate new opportunities and accelerate deal closure.
- Position and sell CTV, video, and omnichannel advertising solutions to senior marketing and media decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal product, operations, account management, and leadership teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent Xapads Media at industry events, conferences, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
- Stay current on market trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities within the CTV and digital advertising landscape.
- Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience within AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, Digital Media, or Connected TV.
- Proven experience selling CTV solutions and deep understanding of the streaming and video advertising ecosystem.
- Strong existing network of agency and brand relationships across the Midwest market.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience working with leading AdTech, CTV, DSP, SSP, or media companies.
- Ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers and influence complex buying processes.
