- State Farm Agent, we're looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Representative
- State Farm Agent Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with customers, identify their insurance needs, and provide personalized solutions that help protect what matters most to them.
As a key contributor to our agency's success, you'll combine exceptional customer service with proactive sales efforts to grow our business and strengthen customer loyalty. You'll serve as a trusted resource for both new and existing customers while helping drive agency growth through relationship‑building, policy reviews, and product recommendations.

Responsibilities- Prospect and connect with potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow‑up.
- Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage needs to provide personalized recommendations.
- Educate customers on insurance products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
- Generate sales through conversations with both warm and cold leads.
- Assist customers with policy changes, account maintenance, and servicing requests.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and contribute to overall growth.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales, customer service, insurance, or account management experience preferred.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable initiating and engaging in sales conversations.
- Leadership qualities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain the required state insurance licenses.
