We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Director (Hunter) to drive net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth across enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling Digital Engineering, Product Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud, or IT Services solutions to large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities within target accounts.
  • Build and execute territory and account acquisition strategies.
  • Engage C-level executives and business stakeholders to understand transformation initiatives and position the solutions for the organization.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and closure.
  • Partner with delivery, solution, and leadership teams to create compelling value propositions.
  • Build a strong pipeline and consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain market intelligence on industry trends, competition, and customer priorities.
What Success Looks Like
  • Consistently exceeds new business revenue targets.
  • Establishes trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and drives long-term growth.
Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of successful enterprise sales/business development experience in IT Services, Digital Engineering, Consulting, or Technology Solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in hunting and closing net-new enterprise accounts.
  • Strong network within one or more target verticals such as Retail/ CPG.
  • Experience selling services including Digital Product Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, or Managed Services.
  • Excellent executive presence, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
