What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Develop and drive the overall long‑term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
- Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
- Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
- Demonstrated success managing complex, strategic enterprise accounts
- Proven ability to develop and execute long‑term account strategies aligned to customer business objectives
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams to meet customer needs
- Strong skills in building and maintaining C‑suite relationships
- Experience in full cycle sales, with a focus on Enterprise Sales
- Demonstrated ability to strategize with a large extended team
- Experience in Consumer Business Services industries such as Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, or Real Estate
The typical base salary range for this position is $123,200 – $247,800 annually. In California, New York and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role is $135,300 – $272,600 per year. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
