The Partnerships Relationship Manager will launch and lead our sales and partner enablement efforts veling up to 60% of the time, and working across multiple teams, this role will be working closely with the partnership, sales, sales operations, and marketing functions to drive partner‑attributed revenue and generate value for our Strategic Referral Partners. This role will report to the Manager, Strategic Partnerships.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
- Develop strategies to increase partner participation, referral activity, and revenue contribution
- Work directly with partner sales teams on lead sharing, co‑selling, co‑branded marketing, and sales support efforts
- Educate strategic referral partner sales teams on the value of Spot On’s suite of restaurant solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of partner organizations, including frontline teams, management, and leadership
- Collaborate with marketing and partner‑enablement on resources and collateral needed to support partner sales efforts and education
- Collaborate with marketing and partner‑enablement on resources and collateral needed to support Spot On sales efforts (partnership value)
- Collaborate with Sales Operations on lead management, speed to lead, lead assignment and lead tracking
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned partner networks and ecosystems that support Spot On’s revenue objectives
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, sales‑supporting collateral, targeted marketing and training programs that boost sales efficiency
- Execute CRM expectations and appropriate data recording/tracking
- Act as an internal resource for partner‑related questions and information for the Spot On Sales Organization
- Planning, coordination, and execution of partner events, conferences, trade shows, workshops, webinars, and educational sessions while ensuring appropriate Spot On representation and follow‑up activities
- Develop and execute strategic partnership growth plans, conduct regular business reviews, and analyze performance metrics
- Manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, follow‑up actions, and stakeholder communication remain on track
- Stay current with industry pains, needs, best practices, and technology trends to drive continuous innovation
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to connect and create strong working relationships
- Comfortable presenting to groups ranging from frontline sales teams to leadership
- Ability to analyze and distill key insights from complex data
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision / self‑starter
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management and account management
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and customer success (inside or outside)
- Experience planning and executing events, training programs or partner enablement initiatives
- 2‑3 years of experience with Salesforce CRM
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. Bachelor’s preferred
