Job Type: Full Time Target Industry: Life Sciences / Pharma / IT Solutions / Staffing Budget- 80k-100k Job Brief We are looking for a motivated Account Manager / Business Development Manager to help us grow our Life Sciences and Pharma business in the US market. In this role, you will build strong client relationships and bring new opportunities that support our staffing and IT solution services.
If you enjoy meeting people, solving problems, and helping clients succeed, this role will give you the space to shine and make a real impact.
Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with clients in the Life Sciences and Pharma sectors.
Identify new business opportunities and create strong sales pipelines.
Sell staffing services and IT solutions to existing and new clients.
Work closely with the delivery and recruitment teams to meet client needs.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales plans.
Maintain regular communication with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.
Meet sales goals and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Ensure high client satisfaction through strong service and follow-up.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, IT, or a related field.
5 to 12 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development.
Strong experience selling staffing services and IT solutions (mandatory).Experience working with clients in Life Sciences or Pharma(mandatory)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the US market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
