We are looking for an Account Executive in TPT Digital, a rapidly growing full‑stack digital agency and subsidiary of Trans Perfect. The role focuses on driving revenue and building client relationships across global digital marketing campaigns.

• Develop a deep understanding of TPT Digital’s capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Grow and lead a team of account executives.
• Conceptualize and deploy sales and networking strategies to maximize new business and engagement scope.
• Work closely with client service and production teams to ensure all projects are handled with keen attention to detail and measurable success.
• Influence and implement revenue‑growth initiatives and achieve set sales targets.

• Minimum 2 years in a client‑facing or business development role, with at least 1 year in digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑starter comfortable with high accountability in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.
