THE ROLE

As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading strategic work streams within pitches, articulating the value of core solutions, contributing to pitch strategy and content, and managing small‑to‑mid‑sized deals. Your focus will be on selling branding & experience design, campaign strategy and execution, media management, data solutions, ecommerce, AI transformation, product innovation & development, systems integration and much more.

  • Manage client communications positioning DEPT® as a strategic partner for current and future project / account work.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that DEPT®’s differentiated positioning comes to life through case studies, PR, thought leadership content and other marketing material.
  • Take on other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 5+ years of agency sales, growth, or client services experience (or equivalent).
  • Experience selling agency services across a range of industries and verticals.

  • Able to partner with clients to understand their growth needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
  • Experienced in building relationships with VP level clients and business decision‑makers.
  • A self‑starter attitude that thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and functions.
