Summary

The Sales & Education Executive is a field sales leader responsible for driving business development and executing Dior brand programs across open-sell retailers (notably Sephora and Ulta) within a defined market. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and CRM benchmarks, developing Brand Ambassadors, and strengthening retailer relationships while upholding the Dior brand image at the counter and in-store. This position requires regular in-store presence, strategic territory planning, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory-specific plans to achieve and exceed sales and CRM goals.
  • Analyze market trends and collaborate with Area Manager to prioritize opportunities and assortment decisions.
  • Optimize omni-channel client experience by leveraging retailer CRM programs and  initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand image, product launch execution, and visual merchandising at retail counters.
  • Manage budgets, maximize Selling Specialist productivity, and be accountable for profitability and ROI.
  • Lead, coach, recruit, and develop Market Leads, Selling Specialists, Freelancers, and retailer teams through field visits and training.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management and people leadership experience in a retail environment; luxury/cosmetics experience preferred.
  • Proven makeup artistry skills and strong understanding of fragrance categories and olfactive families.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and develop teams, coach on side-by-side selling, and elevate client experience.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency with digital tools (Outlook, Power BI, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with resilience and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Social media skills (Tik Tok/Instagram) preferred and proficiency in English required.
