You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.
In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. While reporting to the Regional Manager, you will implement the sales plan by delivering proficient messaging to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, you will utilize all marketing and promotional materials designed for a respective audience.
Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare clinic personnel.
- Identify and develop business relationships with targeted healthcare providers
- Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers
- Understand and address both business and scientific-oriented needs of healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialogue
- Develop and implement plans for territory to meet sales goals established at the territory level
- 4+ years’ biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience
- Documented, proven track record of success
- Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
- Experience in Immunology, biosimilars, injectables or related area
- 2+ years of relevant market & therapeutic area experience
- 2+ years of experience with Medical Benefit, Buy & Bill sales in the pharmaceutical industry
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $125,000. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
