Associate Territory Manager – Surgical

Supports and reports to the Director of Sales in the coverage and setup of surgical cases in a designated area through knowledge of our equipment, geography, and facility intricacies. This is an entry‑level position designed to provide access into a medical device surgical sales environment.

• Develop and maintain product knowledge of BGS and Ultrasonic products.
• Provide case coverage for assigned accounts.
• Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and collaborate with TMs to expand accounts.
• Meet or exceed the assigned quota based on territory alignment.
• Assist in local meetings and coverage activities.

• BA/BS degree; preference for candidates with a background in nursing, surgical technology, paramedic experience, or B2B sales.
• Medical sales experience and prior hands‑on anatomy lab experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license in one of the 50 United States.
• Exceptional customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills, including proper phone etiquette.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Highly detail‑oriented with an emphasis on accuracy.
• Maintains an attitude of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
• Strong decision‑making ability, sound judgment and critical thinking.
• Motivated and able to work independently within a fast‑paced, team environment.

Drive and enthusiasm for sales, adaptability, active listening skills, and sales resilience are highly valued and preferred.
