What You’ll Do:- Own day-to-day execution for a high-volume account base of dedicated and private fleets within the portfolio
- Navigate multiple internal systems and proprietary software platforms to efficiently offer rates, secure capacity, and manage freight execution
- Keep tracking systems updated in real time, maintain frequent communication with carriers, and manage shipment status leading up to pickup appointments
- Monitor and manage 100+ daily pickups and deliveries
- Communicate consistently with carriers and internal Avenue reps
- Troubleshoot delays, appointment changes, and service issues in real time
- Ensure top-tier service and execution across all shipments
- Has 2+ years of experience in freight transportation (3PL experience preferred), specifically working with carriers
- Has experience navigating internal TMS platforms and proprietary software systems to post trucks, offer opportunities, and book freight
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Is detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and ownership

The pay range for this position is $60,000-$95,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including skill set and depth of experience.
