Director, Digital Sales
The Director, Digital Sales is responsible for building strong client partnerships. They will accelerate revenue expansion and provide outstanding client experiences across Epsilon's media and retail media practices. They will also support data and technology initiatives. This role requires a strategic problem solver with outstanding business insight. Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering effective solutions that exceed client expectations are essential.
As a Director, Digital Sales, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Your ability to drive revenue growth, deliver outstanding client experiences, and provide strategic mentorship will be essential in contributing to Epsilon's overall success. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that demonstrably solve client challenges and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities- Increased client revenue: Forge strategic partnerships that result in significant revenue growth across Epsilon data, tech and media.
- Enhanced client satisfaction: Develop tailored approaches that clearly address client challenges and produce quantifiable outcomes.
- Strong client relationships: Build long‑term partnerships with key decision‑makers across client organizations.
- High‑performing team: Cultivate a collaborative and focused team that consistently delivers outstanding client service.
- Cross‑functional alignment: Drive cross‑functional collaboration to develop and deliver solutions that leverage data, technology, and media to achieve company goals.
- Company values: Champion and embody the company's vision and values in all interactions and initiatives.
- Located in the Chicago or New York City areas.
- 7+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing with demonstrated success in client management.
- Proven track record managing $5-10MM+ revenue portfolios and delivering on growth
- Deep programmatic media expertise across the full funnel of media capabilities
- A strategic problem solver who can translate client objectives into actionable plans, harnessing the full potential of Epsilon's data and tech initiatives.
- A consultative seller with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, encouraging positive relationships across all organizational levels.
- A data‑driven marketer with a deep understanding of marketing program building, execution, and measurement.
- An adept negotiator skilled at securing mutually beneficial outcomes.
- A self‑motivated individual with a proactive approach, readily identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- You bring specific, deep experience in the programmatic media space.
- You have an outstanding set of abilities for achieving outcomes that benefit all parties involved in complex contract and partnership discussions.
- You are a driven individual who doesn't just wait for opportunities but actively identifies new paths for development and inventive progress.
Base Salary: $ - $ annually.
In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
