Position Overview
As a Commercial Card Sales Offer III within PNC's Treasury Management Sales organization, you will be based in one of the following locations:
Chicago, IL;
Minneapolis, MN;
St. Louis, MO;
Cleveland, OH. The role focuses on deploying and managing accounts payable solutions for corporate and middle‑market banking clients, driving process enhancements, and delivering data‑driven insights to key decision makers.
- Experience in deploying and managing accounts payable solutions to streamline invoice processing and payment activities for corporate and middle market banking clients.
- Proven ability to analyze, develop and implement process enhancement strategies within the accounts payable process, including invoice automation, payment automation, buyer engagement, and supplier terms strategy.
- Familiarity with leading AP automation tools and platforms, and the capability to adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to develop and present data‑driven insights and recommendations to key decision makers.
Sets relationship strategies and directs relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals. Works independently and may mentor other team members. Creates and drives strategy to acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
Handles the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of non‑credit products and services. Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients. Actively identifies and mitigates different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and their financial well‑being. Drives client engagement and loyalty through strategic dialogue and opportunity quantification. Generates ideas and best practices within Treasury Management and may mentor others.
Manages an effective network of senior internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
Ensures awareness of the full range of PNC’s products and services. Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities. Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and inform on complex treasury product knowledge, industry benchmarking, and solutions positioning.
QualificationsSuccessful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. Requirements include:
- University/college degree (Bachelor’s required; Master’s, Ph.D., or certifications desirable).
- 8+ years of industry‑relevant experience.

Base Salary: $ – $ (may vary by location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive‑eligible with compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
