Environmental Producer

Overview

Join a leading international specialty insurance firm as an Environmental Insurance Producer and take the reins in a client-facing, sales-driven role. You’ll work directly with businesses in construction, manufacturing, and energy, shaping solutions for complex environmental risks and growing your book of business.

• Drive new business across environmental lines (contractors pollution, site liability, etc.)
• Advise clients on environmental risks and structure tailored coverage solutions
• Negotiate terms with carrier partners
• Build and maintain relationships with retail agencies nationwide

• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage or underwriting, with specific, demonstrated exposure to environmental, pollution, or energy coverages
• Active P&C license required
• Strong sales drive, competitive mindset, and comfort in a performance-based role
• Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule; hybrid (2–3 days in office when not in the field)
• Environmental consultants with client-facing or sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply
