Position: SMB Account Executive - Data Foundation (MuleSoft + Informatica)

Role Overview

As a Data Foundation Account Executive, you will own both Mule Soft and Informatica sales portfolios and position the integrated Data Foundation as the essential layer for AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead “Data Foundation” discovery sessions with CIOs and Data Architects to uncover fragmented systems and data quality issues.
  • Orchestrate commercial engagement across Mule Soft and Informatica, partnering with technical specialists to solve complex data gravity problems.
  • Identify high‑value use cases and demonstrate how the Mule Soft + Informatica combination can automate workflows and prepare enterprises for autonomous AI.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business ROI, proving that a robust Data Foundation is critical to successful AI and data investments.
  • Maintain and grow ACV across both products, meeting quota targets.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full‑cycle sales experience, preferably with SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Experience selling to small‑to‑medium businesses or key decision‑makers, with a consultative buying approach.
  • Familiarity with software, cloud, or platform solutions and ability to discuss technology confidently.
  • Strong business acumen – connect day‑to‑day challenges to tangible outcomes such as cost savings or revenue growth.
  • Collaborative mindset – comfortable working across teams and engaging specialists to move deals forward.
  • Curiosity about AI and data, and enthusiasm for learning and sharing new possibilities.
  • Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment, high‑volume account management, and prioritization without losing personal touch.
  • Consideration of holistic experience, including professional, volunteer, military, entrepreneurial, or leadership backgrounds.
Location

Close proximity to the office hub is required; the role is 4 days on‑site per week.
