We are seeking an Outside Sales Manager – Kitchen and Bath Dealers to lead a sales team and grow our sales region. Must live in the local sales region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Outside Sales Representatives
- Join the team of Outside Sales Representatives on field sales calls with existing and prospective customers, providing positive and constructive feedback
- Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team, including consultative selling skills, business‑building methodologies, and product knowledge
- Foster a high level of employee drive, passion, and morale
- Direct own sales accounts and hold selling responsibility for a set of customer accounts
- Direct and monitor all sales activities for the region, maintaining accountability for budgets and sales targets
- Manage individual sales representatives’ performance by setting clear expectations and promoting a high‑performance culture
- Establish and monitor a proper product mix to maximize gross margin
- Coordinate promotions with the sales and marketing teams
- Organize and lead Regional Sales Meetings
- Experience leading an outside sales team within the building materials industry
- A strong, hands‑on leader and educator
- Proactive and autonomous, working well as part of a larger team
- Developed analytical, planning, and monitoring skills
- Experience utilizing and promoting a CRM system
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds as needed
