Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within the existing customer base to drive additional revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales strategies and initiatives with customer needs.
  • Develop and execute account plans for each customer to increase revenue and maximize satisfaction.
  • Monitor changes in the customer’s organization or business priorities that might affect relationships and keep management updated.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with the assigned book of business, ensuring their needs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Regularly interact with customers to understand their business challenges, needs, and objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and account metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure continuity of product and service.
  • Share customer feedback with relevant departments to help improve product offerings, service delivery, and customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management and sales growth, preferably in the wholesale industry.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent;
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
