Qualtrics is seeking a high‑performing Account Executive to drive the adoption of the Qualtrics Experience Management platform within corporate accounts. As a trusted advisor to C‑Suite, Director, and VP leaders, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and product demonstrations to closing and upselling—to accelerate net‑new revenue growth.

- Engage clients at all stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, on‑site presentations, and closing
- Drive net‑new revenue growth through new logo acquisition and expansion of current accounts
- Educate clients on packages and options that fit their needs, illustrating how features and benefits deliver value
- Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory and produce reliable forecasts
- Commit to self‑development through daily training and enablement activities
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with , Linked In Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
- Ability to close complex, consultative deals
- Willingness to travel as required
- 2+ years of sales experience for junior levels; 4+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS, for senior levels
- Structured promotion process and potential for automatic promotion
- Career action planning with your manager

Our hybrid model requires presence in the office three days a week:
Monday, Thursday, and an additional day chosen by your leader. Remaining days can be worked remotely, enabling a balance of collaboration and flexibility.

Pay Range$76,000 – $100,000 USD per year (base). Base pay may vary by location, role, and experience. Sign‑on bonus and restricted stock units may be offered.
