Vice President of Federal Sales

• Own and exceed federal sales revenue targets, driving acquisition and expansion across civilian and defense agencies
• Develop and execute a federal go-to-market strategy, including account planning and pipeline development
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of federal sales professionals
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key government stakeholders and agency executives
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to executive leadership

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on federal government accounts
• Proven track record of building and scaling federal sales teams and achieving revenue targets
• Deep familiarity with federal procurement processes and contract vehicles
• Established relationships across key federal buying entities
• Strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks and security requirements

• Prior experience selling through major federal channel partners
• Familiarity with Microsoft's federal ecosystem and security partner programs
• Existing relationships with DoD components and military branches
• Background in nation-state threat actors and advanced persistent threats targeting critical infrastructure
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, National Security, or a related field
