We are seeking Key Account Managers to grow operating profits, drive brand strategy, and deepen customer relationships in key markets.

As a Key Account Manager you will:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan that focuses on sales growth, pricing, distribution, display, and promotion.
• Lead performance appraisal and coaching for account reps, create development plans, evaluate performance, and recommend reward and recognition.
• Use syndicated data (e.g., I.R.I. Nielsen) to identify growth opportunities and support the BDM in setting regional goals and creating sales presentations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (BIM, customer service, marketing, sales operations, finance, production) and external resources to achieve space dimension goals.
• Manage local trade and promotional spend, ensuring alignment with regional guidelines and budget constraints.
• Assess business results, recommend strategic change strategies, and monitor performance against objectives.
• Translate national policies and operating strategies to account associates, fostering a high‑performance environment.
• Serve as customer Category Manager: build preferred relationships with decision‑makers, review accounts, recommend improved strategies, and understand customer and consumer needs.

• College degree or equivalent experience in key account management.
• Minimum five years experience in consumer goods.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with presentation development and delivery skills.
• Analytical abilities and strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with various classes of trade accounts.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Annual base salary range: $90,000 to $120,000.
