Franchise Sales Associate

Overview

We are looking for a proactive sales professional to work with top Enterprise brands on an aggressive outbound sales strategy focused on onboarding franchised locations.

• Onboard franchised locations for Enterprise brands.
• Exceed high‑volume sales goals in a fast‑paced environment.
• Develop and execute strategic plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Attend Franchisee Sales Conventions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Partner Manager and Marketing teams to develop holistic strategies for brand engagement and onboarding success.

• Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Hunter mentality with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Highly organized and thrives in a competitive team environment.
• Coaching ability, openness to feedback, and constant skill improvement.
• Strategic thinker with sound judgment to plan and achieve goals.
• Positive attitude, dynamic personality, and desire to grow.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Restaurant industry or hospitality experience is a plus.

Hybrid model: 3 days a week in the office (optionally up to 5 days).

Illinois: $45,000 Base
