We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Area Sales Managers to join our growing commercial team and help expand the reach of our Glacial® Skin platforms. In this role, you’ll drive successful adoption, build strong relationships with providers, and play a key part in growing our brand presence in your territory.
You’ll report to the Director of Sales - East and work closely with our Practice Success Team to ensure seamless customer experience from first contact to installation and beyond. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, hustle, and seeing results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Drive new capital equipment sales to meet or exceed quarterly/annual quotas
- Execute sales strategy and bring new providers into the R2 ecosystem
- Present compelling product demos and value propositions to differentiate R2
- Cultivate strong relationships across customer organizations — from practitioners to decision-makers
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using Hub Spot CRM
- Identify and nurture relationships with KOLs in your region
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Represent R2 at trade shows, industry events, and educational seminars
- Submit timely forecasts, activity reports, and expense documentation
- 5+ years of capital sales experience (aesthetics or Med Tech preferred)
- A track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term relationships
- Proven success managing multi-state territories and strategic mapping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and follow-through
- Proficiency with Hub Spot and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel up to 90%
- Based in Chicago, IL (preferred)
- Higher than average base salary and OTE
