In this role, you will take ownership of a key market segment, working closely with customers to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and drive sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets within the assigned territory.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Identify customer challenges and provide strategic, solution-oriented recommendations.
- Develop and execute territory plans, including account targeting and growth forecasting.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights.
- Collaborate internally to support pricing strategies and identify new product opportunities.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads, converting opportunities into long-term business.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Maintain regular client engagement through travel and consistent communication.
- Post‑secondary education in business, science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, account management, and closing business.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities independently.
- Overnight Travel as required.
