We are seeking a motivated and experienced real estate sales professional to join our team. The role involves lead generation, client prospecting, and closing sales, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

• Participate in the PLACE New Agent Launch to develop lead generation and prospecting skills.
• Convert inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Transform outbound sales opportunities into confirmed meetings.
• Assess leads to understand their motivation and financial situation, and communicate this to the sales team.
• Maintain and update the client database and productivity reports.
• Enhance your skills through ongoing education and script practice.
• Become an expert in the local real estate market.
• Engage in weekly coaching sessions, training, and team calls.
• Utilize PLACE Technology to track activities and manage client information.

• Strong relationship-building skills and enjoyment in interacting with people.
• Passion for sales and closing deals.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads.
• Team-oriented with a focus on achieving collective goals.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in meeting sales targets.
• Ability to learn and utilize scripts quickly.
• Real estate license is a plus.
