Locations include Miami’s Design District, Coral Gables, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

• Coordinate materials such as images, samples, and pricing information for client presentations.
• Distribute daily internal/external mail and overnight packages, send and distribute faxes and sales literature.
• Maintain library of vendor products.
• Print stock reports.
• Tag merchandise on showroom floor.
• Follow up with correspondence, thank‑you letters, and mail invoices.
• Maintain client records when necessary.
• Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Keep showroom neat and orderly at all times.
• Order office and kitchen supplies when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year or technical school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Design background is preferred; completion of formal Design Education Programs is an advantage. Multilingual skills are also preferred.
