Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience identifying and recommending solutions to support customer strategy, and working with leadership.
- Experience managing advertising and marketing campaigns for customers.
- Experience establishing and advancing priorities, balancing the needs of Google Product Areas and customers.
- Strong ability to be a thought leader and creative/product expert for the Google and You Tube product and creative landscape.
- Strong ability to influence C‑level stakeholders with engaging objectives to address customer product needs and close agreements.
- Expert collaborator, flexible, and exceptional communication skills.
- Skilled at leading end‑to‑end responsibilities to drive client projects forward and increase product adoption.
- Passion for video, You Tube, and driving results with experience providing creative/video/You Tube product and domain expertise.
- Drive business growth by identifying and activating high-impact You Tube opportunities for Google’s top US video clients, creative agencies, and partners.
- Manage top video customers within specific verticals, building strong relationships to deeply understand client goals and executing strategies that deliver exceptional business results via effective You Tube creative.
- Lead strategic conversations with executive and practitioner‑level stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial partnerships, and establish feedback loops with internal and external partners.
- Collaborate with Sales partners and the Creative AI ecosystem to gather and distill business intelligence and roll out a You Tube creative business strategy.
- Lead a high‑performing creative team culture and enable brands to fully leverage You Tube’s creative canvas.
- Build and execute creative strategies that deliver outstanding business outcomes for clients and meet Google’s performance objectives.
US: $124,000 – $181,000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits.
