  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand a prospect’s financial situation, goals, service needs, and overall fit for the firm.
  • Communicate the firm’s value proposition, capabilities, and service offerings in a compelling and client‑centric manner.

  • Facilitate warm introductions and seamless handoffs to advisor teams, ensuring a high‑quality prospect experience.

Pipeline Management & Conversion Performance

  • Own day‑to‑day management and performance of an inbound lead pipeline from inquiry through advisor engagement.
  • Ensure qualified leads are contacted, routed, and managed per service‑level standards.
  • Monitor pipeline health, lead progression, advisor responsiveness, and conversion performance across all funnel stages.
  • Identify bottlenecks, stalled opportunities, and areas of conversion leakage, partnering with advisors and stakeholders to improve outcomes.
  • Support achievement of lead response time, pipeline coverage, and client revenue/acquisition goals.

Revenue Operations & Insights

  • Ensure data integrity, process consistency, and visibility across all lead management activities.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to support lead attribution and measure the effectiveness of marketing‑generated opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver reporting on pipeline performance, advisor activity, lead quality, conversion trends, and revenue outcomes.
  • Provide actionable insights that support decision making and continuous improvement.

Growth Optimization & Cross‑Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing, advisors, and leadership to improve lead quality, conversion performance, and overall funnel effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance by lead source, advisor, geography, and market segment to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to lead qualification, routing, follow‑up, and conversion processes.
  • Share best practices, insights, and recommendations that support scalable growth and an exceptional prospect experience.
Qualifications

Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in wealth management, business development, client acquisition, sales operations, pipeline management, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management, family office services, and the needs of high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
