Job Description

The Brand Ambassador will positively promote Maze Marketing’s image to customers, delivering a superior customer service experience. In this role, you will be the face of the brand at various field events and in‑store with key retail partners. You will build relationships through events and guerrilla sampling initiatives in addition to soliciting retailers for secondary product displays and executing retail demonstrations.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly targets and objectives aligned with the executive team each month.
  • Create a positive and pleasing client experience that is warm and hospitable in all customer interactions.
  • Maintain and grow social media content to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Remain up‑to‑date and well‑informed of industry trends to determine opportunities to maximize sales within the market.
  • Act as an ambassador for Maze Marketing through local promotion and brand education.
  • Utilize accessible marketing tools to engage current and new business and drive sales.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all product categories.
  • Maintain consistent visual merchandising reflecting current visual procedures and priorities at all times.
  • Develop, maintain, and drive personal customer relationship management through clienteling and after‑sale customer engagement.
  • Create a unique customer experience to upsurge brand awareness and build customer loyalty, ultimately driving in‑store sales.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • Previous retail sales or applicable client‑focused experience.
  • Energetic and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Provide help and advice to teammates to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach, respond positively to any reasonable request.
  • Exceptional client‑relationship building skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving enormous sales results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
