Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Account (Sales) Executive to drive new logo acquisition and long‑term client growth. This is a hunter role for a proven seller who wants to close deals, leverage support resources for successful execution & growth, and stay connected to the clients they win.

Essential Functions
  • Close new logo business from targeted shippers
  • Own and grow the accounts you secure, driving retention and expansion
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close
  • Partner with Account Management, Operations, and shared services to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Education and/or Experience
  • 5‑7+ years of successful sales experience in value‑based 3PL truckload & multi‑modal services
  • Proven track record of closing new business and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong consultative selling and executive‑level communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work across departments and roles
  • Solid industry knowledge including customer needs and competitive landscape
  • Experience growing accounts post‑sale
Position Details
  • Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 per year plus commission
  • Work Location:

    Sheer’s Chicago or Atlanta office
  • Working Conditions:

    Mostly office‑based with travel required as needed
