Position SummaryWe’re looking for an experienced Account (Sales) Executive to drive new logo acquisition and long‑term client growth. This is a hunter role for a proven seller who wants to close deals, leverage support resources for successful execution & growth, and stay connected to the clients they win.
Essential Functions- Close new logo business from targeted shippers
- Own and grow the accounts you secure, driving retention and expansion
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close
- Partner with Account Management, Operations, and shared services to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- 5‑7+ years of successful sales experience in value‑based 3PL truckload & multi‑modal services
- Proven track record of closing new business and exceeding sales goals
- Strong consultative selling and executive‑level communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work across departments and roles
- Solid industry knowledge including customer needs and competitive landscape
- Experience growing accounts post‑sale
- Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 per year plus commission

Sheer’s Chicago or Atlanta office - Working Conditions:
