Job DescriptionJob Summary
Responsible for prospecting and delivering Auris Payroll presentations (in person and by phone) to small and mid-sized merchants to close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Payroll Client Advisor, you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Responsibilities include explaining our value proposition via Atlas CRM, upselling other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory Manager (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).
Your role is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants in the area. You will set appointments with business owners in person or through your network and referrals, run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses. During training, a PDM or PTM will accompany you to train you on our short-cycle sales process using Atlas (tablet-based CRM).
After training you may set your own schedule to maximize earnings from 100% commissions and residuals.
- Prospect for new clients
- Maintain client records (contacts, interactions, and notes) in the CRM system (Atlas)
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments
- Build knowledge of the product/service portfolio and industry developments
- Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with the leader
- Additional responsibilities as needed
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Must live in the area relative to the job posting location
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team

- High school diploma/GED
- Prior experience in a B2B sales role
- Prior experience with a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce or Hub Spot)

Pay Details:
The base compensation range is $0 - $0. Placement within the range depends on skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
