Develop and manage a territory of Digital Native Commercial accounts, with a primary focus on winning new Thought Spot customers. Pipeline generation is the lifeblood of this sales role, so candidates should embrace prospecting as a core business activity.

Spend time developing new opportunities and establishing trust and credibility with end‑users, influencers, and decision‑makers at all levels of assigned accounts.

Conduct product demonstrations in person and via web‑based technologies, manage complex sales cycles with large companies, and align with key partners in the territory to exceed targets.

• 5+ year track record of exceeding quota in a SaaS technology sales environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while teaming up with internal and external business partners to sell technology solutions ranging from $50K to $1M+.
• Experience working closely with partners in an assigned territory.
• Well‑spoken, poised, and able to command the attention of a room while delivering high energy.
• Leadership qualities and ability to influence others to work collaboratively on behalf of the customer.
• Desire for continued career growth and openness to training and coaching.
• Track sales metrics and performance to aid personal improvement.
• Interest in continuous learning and personal development.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) preferred.

Spotters are expected to be in office 3 days per week to experience the energy of the local office, balancing in‑person collaboration and peer learning with the flexibility needed by individuals and teams.
