Triad Health Partners is a growing healthcare services organization and part of the Med-Call Healthcare family, a name that has earned deep trust in the healthcare industry for years. We partner with physician groups to help their practices grow and run more efficiently. We do this through three core offerings: adding revenue with in‑home patient services, reducing overhead through administrative and back‑office support, and providing on‑site clinical and non‑clinical staffing.
We are building our founding sales team to bring this model to physician practices across Illinois and eventually, the nation.
We are looking for a high‑energy, driven Business Development Representative to join our Chicago area team. This is a ground‑floor opportunity for someone who is sharp, self‑motivated, and hungry to build a career in healthcare business development.
You do not need years of industry experience. We will teach you everything about the space. What you do need to bring is a relentless work ethic, natural charisma, and the confidence to walk into a physician group office and make a great impression.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and in‑person visits to physician groups and healthcare practices across the Chicago metro area.
- Walk into offices, attend conferences and industry events, and represent Triad Health Partners with confidence and professionalism
- Qualify potential clients and advance them to discovery calls or meetings with senior leadership
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
- Develop a working knowledge of Triad’s service offerings and the physician practice landscape.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on strategy, messaging, and deal progression.
- Evolve into independently closing deals as your expertise and confidence in the space grows.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year university
- Outgoing, confident personality: you genuinely enjoy talking to people and can command a room.

- Proactive and persistent – you thrive on outbound activity and take initiative
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to think on your feet.
- Coachable and eager to learn – you take feedback well and apply it quickly
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving, startup‑style environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for in‑person visits.
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical staffing, pharmaceutical, or physician‑facing sales
- Familiarity with physician group operations or healthcare practice management
- Experience with a CRM platform
Competitive base salary of $60,000–$70,000, plus uncapped commission on gross profit. Potential for $90,000–$100,000 in year one, with significant upside as your client base grows. A top performer can expect total compensation well above $120,000 by year two.
