Outside Sales Representative - Protective Packaging Solutions

About the Company

This organization is a well‑established player in the packaging and logistics space, specializing in custom corrugated boxes and protective packaging solutions used across industries like manufacturing, food, and consumer goods. This is a relationship‑driven, outside sales role where you’ll spend most of your time meeting clients face‑to‑face and helping them solve real business problems.

• Prior experience selling corrugated packaging or similar packaging products
• At least 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience in this industry
• Proven ability to win new business and grow existing accounts
• Strong understanding of packaging solutions, box design, or related applications
• Comfortable being on the road and meeting clients regularly
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Self‑motivated with a competitive, goal‑oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license

• Prospect and win new business within your territory
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and grow those accounts over time
• Visit client sites to understand their packaging needs and recommend solutions
• Present ideas, pricing, and proposals in a clear, consultative way
• Manage your own pipeline, track opportunities, and stay organized
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered smoothly
