Your Impact

You’ll be the first human interaction for homeowners exploring Truehold—guiding them through a major financial decision with clarity, empathy, and speed. This is a high‑activity, high‑impact role where your ability to connect and convert directly drives business growth.

• Make 100–150 outbound calls/day to warm/inbound leads
• Understand homeowner goals and position Truehold as a solution
• Qualify, manage, and prioritize a high‑volume pipeline in Salesforce
• Hit daily + monthly KPIs (calls, contact rate, conversions)
• Partner closely with Marketing + Real Estate teams to improve lead quality + outcomes

• Comfortable in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
• Motivated by metrics, goals, and performance-based success
• Adaptable in a fast-moving, evolving startup environment
• Naturally curious—asks the right questions and listens well

• Available Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm EST + 2 weekend days/month
• Experience in sales, call center, or customer-facing roles
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, or senior housing is a plus
• Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
