We are looking for an ambitious, structured, and results-driven professional to actively contribute to Amélio’s expansion, particularly in Ontario and Western Canada. Who We’re Looking For
  • Has demonstrated the ability to open new territories and develop markets
  • Has a proven track record in business development, ideally in SaaS or B2B services
  • Is comfortable managing a full sales cycle
  • Has an excellent command of both French and English in order to operate effectively in a predominantly English-speaking market.
  • Is autonomous, structured, and disciplined in managing priorities
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking in their approach to market development
  • Is motivated by growth, ambitious targets, and performance

Beyond skills and experience, we’re looking for someone who:

  • Believes in the importance of employee experience
  • Enjoys building strong, long-term business relationships and demonstrates strong interpersonal intelligence
  • Shows resilience and consistency, viewing rejection as part of the sales process

Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively growing our presence in Ontario and Western Canada
    Identifying and capitalizing on strategic opportunities within target organizations
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Representing Amélio with credibility among decision-makers
  • Contributing to strategic discussions related to the development of new markets
